Step 1: Confirm Your Rebo AI Account

To use this integration, you must have an active Rebo AI account.

If you don’t have an account, sign up for Rebo AI here.

Ensure your account is fully set up before proceeding.

Step 2: Navigate to the Rebo AI Integration Page

Log into your Rebo AI dashboard and go to the Integrations section:

Locate the Intercom integration option.

Click Install Intercom App to begin the connection process.

Step 3: Approve the Intercom Connection

After clicking the link:

You will be redirected to Intercom to approve the connection.

Follow the prompts to authorize access and complete the setup.

Step 4: Let Rebo AI Handle the Backfilling

Once the connection is established, our team will take care of syncing your existing Intercom data.

This backfilling process ensures all past and current user interactions are seamlessly integrated into your Rebo AI platform.

You’ll receive a notification when the process is complete.
